I know firsthand how awful it is to live with pain. It’s not only your body that suffers, but your mood and your relationships, too. Pain makes everything harder. For more than a decade, I have helped all kinds of people ages 15-85 learn how to move differently so they can get out of pain and get back to the things they love.
