Dress in warm, comfortable clothing. You will need space to lie down on the floor with some space to move freely.
All classes are held virtually via zoom, audio recorded. If you miss a class you can make it up by listening to the downloadable recording.
March — April Session
7 classes | Wednesdays | $140/series
Rotation is a fundamental movement pattern that is present in almost everything we do. But rotation is also commonly restricted because of bracing in the ribs. Reduced spinal rotation often shows up as pain in the neck, low back, and hips. In this series, we will explore gentle exercises in side lying, prone, supine, and standing that highlight and deepen the connection and cooperation between your ribs, your breath, and your spine.

Each time I offer this series, which I consider to be the most powerful and essential series that I’ve developed, I make a few edits and additions to the material. This ensures there’s an ongoing combination of repetition and novelty that is vital for learning. The material strengthens and coordinates the effort along your entire back chain from head to toe, so you can stand upright with a greater sense of ease and power.

11 workshops | Second Saturdays | $220 | 9:00 AM — 10:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time)
In this monthly workshop, you will learn how to turn your happy memories into reliable resources. Resources are supportive people, places, pets, (and more) from your lived experience that make you feel good. We’ll come together on the second Saturday of each month to engage the power of imagination to create a more pleasant and calm state of being. This is a skill that can be refined and developed and grown into a reliable practice. In every workshop there will be time for moving, writing, and visualizing. By the end of the year, you’ll have at least 10 reliable resources (and likely many more) and a consistent practice of connecting with pleasure.
