Kinetic Clocks
This is a great series for expanding your proprioception and your mobility. What is proprioception and what is it good for? It’s the ability to sense a body part’s location and action. The more internal clarity and connection you have with your body, the more agency you have over how you move and feel. We all have places in our bodies where the proprioception is fuzzy. Working with the image of the clock will help you uncover and illuminate your blindspots. Plus, for many joints in your body, circular motion feels really good!
Time
9:00 AM — 10:00 AM | 12:00 PM — 1:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
Dates
January 8, 22, 29 (*No class Jan 15)
February 4, 11, 18, 25
*When you register, you’ll receive the links to both class times. You can come to the one that suits your schedule best each week.
*Recordings will be sent to all participants after class.
